📦 All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns if you simply change your mind, decide you no longer want the product, or choose a different style.

🛠 Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your watch arrives damaged or broken, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a replacement at no additional cost.

⏱ Warranty for Functional Issues
If your watch stops working or breaks through no fault of your own (for example, due to a manufacturing defect and not from dropping, water damage, or misuse), please reach out to us on Instagram @619_watchplug. We will take care of it and either repair or replace your watch depending on the situation.

🚫 No Refunds for Wear & Tear or Customer Damage
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by dropping, water exposure, or improper handling.

• Cosmetic scratches after use.
